3. Payments

3.1. The service allows you to buy membership for a selected period. Payments are made through the Przelewy24.pl system. The payment card operator is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, ul. 3.2.If you purchase your membership for the next period, before the expiry of the previous one, your membership is extended for a suitable period.

4. Withdrawal from the contract

4.1. The customer may withdraw from the contract and cancel the purchased membership within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. In order to withdraw from the purchase contract, please send an e-mail to the address given above, the return procedure will take no more than 10 calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment channel that was used for the purchase.

4.2. The customer loses the ability to refund after starting to read paid content.

5. Complaints

5.1. Complaints can be submitted to the email address books@readini.com.

5.2. The deadline for considering complaints is 14 business days.

6. Privacy policy

6.1. Respecting the User's rights and respecting the Act on the protection of personal data, we undertake to maintain the security and confidentiality of the personal data obtained. 6.4. Cookies – our Website uses the technology of remembering Cookies in order to identify the logged in User.

6.5. We also collect and store data about the way the User uses the Website. The collected data is used to extend the functionality offered by the Website.

6.6. Pursuant to the provisions of the GDPR Act, the User has the right to amend, supplement, update, rectify and request removal of his personal data. To do this, please send an email to the above address.

7.1. To use the platform it is required to have a Chrome web browser or Firefox version released after 2016. Browsers on mobile devices are not officially supported due to the screen size being too small.
